Our Policy: CANCELLATION : A 24 hour cancellation policy is required. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours 30% of your appointment service total will be charged. NO SHOW : Failure to notify your stylist about cancelling your appointment, also known as a no show, will result in a 30% charge of your appointment service total AND the possibility of not being able to reschedule for the future. LATE : Showing up 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment may also result in a 30% charge of your appointment service total. IF we can still complete your services within the timeframe you are given this may be waived. We truly understand that life happens and some situations are unavoidable. We will offer consideration if an unfortunate circumstance happens; please know we value honesty over anything. At that time please reach out to your stylist as soon as possible.
